Turkey’s Governing Party Wins Local Polls, But Gets Warning (Nasdaq)
ANKARA (AFP)--Turkey's Islamist-rooted ruling party won an easy victory in local polls but saw its share of the vote shrink for the first time - a warning to the government to focus on the economy and compromise with secularist opponents, analysts said Monday.
