Obama addresses the UN while delegates listen to Britney Spears. On September 23, President Obama addressed the United Nations General Assembly with a speech that his proponents have called “soaring” and “breathtaking”. Everyone else recognized that this was Obama campaigning for the office of President of the Universe.
